Covid-19 and Your Order
I'm sure we're all totally fed up with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our postal services have been hugely impacted both internationally and domestically. This means, there is a global shortage of raw materials and things just don’t seem to be getting any better with the supply chain.
Planet Yum® is a small team of four who are working as fast as they can to despatch orders, in a sometimes stressful environment, wearing masks, gloves and socially distancing in line with our government's advice. You may ask why not employ more staff? Due to the size of our current facility, and the needs for social distancing we are unable to employ more people to help us with the backlog.
We also do not have dedicated admin staff to answer every question that you have at the moment, so this means when your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We cannot answer hundreds of questions and phone calls regarding where orders currently sit, as we are all packing your orders.
The current turnaround time for orders is usually only a few days maximum, but sometimes 7 working days, and then you need to realise Australia Post, while doing a great job under the circumstances, they are experiencing higher volumes of freight. Please also understand that we are located 2 hours south of Sydney and you could be anywhere in Australia.
Due to the latest COVID outbreaks around the South Coast, if you advise you'd like to pick up your order directly from us, please only do so if you are feeling well and have no flu-like symptoms.
If we have any items that are out of stock one of our team will be in touch with you, so please make sure you have a valid phone number attached to your order.
Lastly, we do not tolerate abuse towards our staff or management team, be it verbally or in writing - We are people doing the very best we can to serve you in these very difficult times
